Aloo Pyaaz Ka Raita

Its simple, it’stasty and compliments most main course dishes.


Potato 1 medium, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes
Onion 1/2 medium, finely chopped
Yogurt 400gms
Black Salt To Taste
Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp.
For garnish:
Roasted cumin powder A pinch
Kashmiri chili powder A pinch

Preparation Method

Whisk yogurt till smooth. Keep aside a little onion and potato for garnish and mix the rest with yogurt, roasted cumin powder and black salt in a bowl.

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with the reserved onion and potato cubes.

Sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder and Kashmiri red chili powder on top and serve chilled.
