Cucumber Raita

This is one of the most common raitas and simple flavours make it a great accompaniment to any

 Ingredients

1 medium cucumber Peeled and grated
Black salt To taste
Ground black pepper To taste
Ground roasted cumin ½ tsp.
Plain Yogurt 500ml

Preparation Method

Beat the plain yogurt and add all the spices except roasted cumin powder.

Now add the grated cucumber and mix well. Add milk or water to get the right consistency.

Finally garnish with  roasted cumin powder and serve.
